North Star Contracting is a commercial Turn-key structural fabricator providing all aspects of multifamily framing for Wood & Metal projects. Rough clean, dumpsters/recycling and fine grade are offered with framing as a separate scope.
We are based in the state of Texas & service all major markets.
Founded by William Summers with over three decades of multifamily background, this allows a wealth of consulting & operational back ground to be applied, efficiency is the result, hands on is the rule.
Our priorities are a safe working environment, high quality production, superior supervision, while being very competitive. A quality framing contractor is critical to the entire jobsites ability to succeed. Controlling contracted revenue combined with proven systematic procedures has allowed North Star to achieve high production while maintaining the highest standards onsite. We believe the daily relationship with ownership, customer and field operations will achieve predictable quality results.
North Star is a Turn Key Contracting Company. This includes labor, material, supplies & trusses.
Lumber companies are considered on price, quality, availability and historical performance on previous contracts.
Truss companies are considered much the same, having a history of strong consistent performance in accurate design capacity and the ability to adhere to scheduled events. Execution of procedures, the belief in high standards, is the North Star advantage.
